Helping Great Companies Get Better at Compliance

Course Overview
In daily customer interactions, sales staff inevitably come into contact with personal data, often without realizing it. This module helps employees recognize those moments and learn how to handle data lawfully and responsibly, using real-world examples of both good and bad practices, not theory, but rather practical situations they face on the job.
The training addresses common real-life questions: Can a customer be added to a loyalty program without consent? What must a data processing notice include when displayed in-store? What rules apply when handling an order? These everyday scenarios often go unnoticed yet can lead to data breaches or loss of customer trust.
A strong focus is placed on distinguishing between proper and improper handling. For example, writing down personal data on unsecured paper, unauthorized access to other customers’ information, or sharing data with someone not authorized to receive it. The goal is to equip employees to communicate safely and lawfully at every stage, from in-store inquiries and product pickups to handling complaints or running promotions.
This training builds practical skills that employees can apply immediately, with clear guidance on what is allowed, what is not, and what to do in the event of a data breach.
